SERVICE

Therapy

I am an integrated psychotherapist which means that I weave together different therapeutic approaches to best support you. I draw on a range of traditional and contemporary approaches to therapy.

I provide face-to-face sessions in my practice as well as online and telephone sessions. Our sessions would be 60 minutes long and would allow you the space and time to explore what is troubling you in a calm and supportive environment. I provide short term therapy, where we agree a set number of sessions or more open ended work when we negotiate an ending together when that feels right.

Before starting therapy with me, we would meet for a consultation.  This is a 60 minute session that allows us to explore what is happening for you in depth and assess what support you need. It includes considering what you would like to gain from therapy, looking at how we would work towards this and whether short or open ended work is required. I would suggest a plan of support for you moving forward as part of this consultation.

I welcome email enquiries and am happy to answer any questions or queries you might have.
